Status Report

I have been in contact with Harry Hodgdon of TWS who referred me to Jane Pelkey in finances of TWS regarding our status of funds. She is mailing me a report of all the checks which have been written to this working group since 1996. It appears we have approximately $880.00 to this point which will be placed into a non-profit account in my local New Hampshire bank, Merrimack County Savings (paperwork pending). Some of these checks may have to be re-issued to us given the length of time which has passed. It appears many of these checks may have been sent to Charlie Nilon, whom I’ve yet to contact. Jane is also sending me our Tax ID number along with the accounting report.

Once I have received the report from TWS, I will begin tracking down the individual outstanding checks, open our account and finalize our account total. I will keep Lowell appraised of my progress.

You can forward the minutes of this meeting to me and I will compile, type and file them for the next meeting.
