Major Professor: Dr. Clint Boal Dissertation Topic: Reproductive Ecology and Survival of Lesser Prairie-chickens Pre-and Post-construction of Wind Energy Facilities in West Texas Bio: I am a native of northeast Arkansas, where I graduated with my B.S. in Wildlife Ecology from Arkansas State University in 2005. I earned my M.S. degree in Wildlife Management from Louisiana State University in December 2007. My thesis title was: Spatial Ecology, Habitat Selection, and Survival of Wild Turkey Males in a Bottomland Hardwood Forest. My research interests cover a broad range of topics, from game bird and raptor ecology to habitat management and wildlife-farming conflicts. I am married to Elisabeth Grisham, who tolerates and seldom encourages my antics. I enjoy birdwatching, hunting, running,and watching and playing baseball. Some other random factoids include: my initials spell BAG, I love to cook, I can't multitask ,and my dogs are trained to eat primary literature that is scattered throughout my house.
