The Range, Wildlife, and Fisheries
Club
The Texas Tech Range, Wildlife, and Fisheries Club is a registered student organization at
Texas Tech University. The club is a collection of students from chapters of the Society for
Range Management (SRM), The Wildlife Society (TWS), and the American Fisheries Society
(AFS). Membership is open to all university students interested in Range, Wildlife
and Fisheries Science.
The Range, Wildlife, and Fisheries Club's goal is to bring together students and professionals from a variety of natural resource fields to increase student awareness about the career options in natural resources, and provide assistance in obtaining employment and career success.
Dues for the club are $20 per year or $10 per semester.
Club meetings are held on the second & fourth Thursdays of every month at 7 p.m. in Goddard 101.
In addition to these meetings, the club is involved with a variety of fund raisers, community service projects, professional meetings, and conservation related projects and trips.
